Booking Policy
All services require a complimentary consultation before booking. All appointments are made online.
A valid credit/debit card is required to be kept on file to secure all bookings. Gift card holders are also required to provide a card on file. Gift cards will be applied to the balance on the day of service.
Once the client agrees to proceed and formally accepts the provided proposal or quote, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the service date. The remaining balance is due before the day of service. Failure to submit full payment by the scheduled appointment date will result in immediate cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance; changes made within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Services are subject to minimum time requirements. Additional organizational products, containers, or supplies are billed separately, unless otherwise stated, and are non-refundable once purchased.
Services are limited to the agreed-upon scope. Any additional spaces or tasks requested during a session may require additional time, rescheduling, or revised pricing.
Clients must provide safe, clear, and uninterrupted access to the space during the scheduled service time.
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable parking access near the service location. Any parking fees, permits, or towing risks must be disclosed in advance.
Zen Method is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or item condition, and is not liable for loss, damage, or wear to items resulting from normal handling during organization unless caused by gross negligence. Booking, deposit submission, or payment constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
Please note: kitchens and pantries are excluded from the Single Space Reset and must be booked as a separate service.
Client Presence & Participation Policy
Clients must be present at the home at the start of the appointment to provide access, and are required to be available during the editing and decision-making process. Your input is essential to ensure items are kept, donated, or relocated according to your preferences. Zen Method cannot make final decisions on personal belongings without client approval.
If a client is unavailable or delayed at the scheduled start time, the session will proceed as scheduled when possible and may result in reduced service time without refund.
Children Policy
For safety and efficiency, Zen Method is not responsible for supervising children during scheduled services. We kindly ask that children be supervised by a parent, guardian, or caregiver and kept out of active work areas while services are being performed.
Pet Policy
Zen Method is not responsible for supervising or handling pets during services. For everyone’s safety and to ensure a smooth workflow, pets should be secured, contained, or kept in a separate area during the session.
Health & Safety Policy
Zen Method reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if working conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a health risk. This includes but is not limited to mold, pests, biohazards, or structural concerns.
Our specialists do not remove bulk trash, hazardous materials, or large disposal items unless arrangements have been made in advance.
