Your complimentary consultation is a relaxed conversation where we learn about your space, routines, challenges, and goals. We assess scope, answer questions, and recommend the best service for your needs. After the consultation, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining next steps, timeline, and investment.
Zen professionals arrive prepared and ready to work. Each session begins with a brief review of goals and priorities, then we move into editing, organizing, and system-building. You’re welcome to be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. Our process is efficient, respectful, and designed to minimize overwhelm.

What happens on-site?
How long does an organizing session take?

Session length depends on the service and space. Some services are completed in a single session, while others take place over multiple sessions scheduled over days or weeks. This will be clearly outlined during your consultation and proposal.
What does “editing” mean? Will you make me get rid of things?

Editing simply means thoughtfully reviewing what you have to determine what truly serves you and your space. You are always in control of final decisions. We guide and support the process, never pressure or judge. Items you choose not to keep are neatly grouped for donation, disposal, or relocation — nothing leaves your home without your permission.
Do I need to buy containers or products?

Not always. We work with what you already have whenever possible. Our services include an array of products based on scope, which are utilized to reset your space and restore functionality. If additional products would improve functionality or longevity, we’ll make recommendations and review them with you before purchasing. All product purchases are billed separately unless otherwise noted.
Do the Zen specialists take away donations or unwanted items?

Donation drop-off is not included unless previously arranged. This service may be available as an add-on following consultation with a Zen Method specialist and is subject to availability. We ensure all items are clearly sorted and ready to go, making it easy for you to donate or discard them afterward.
